Located in the heart of Erlangen, our practice can be found on the south side of the Hugenottenplatz with excellent bus and train connections. The access is barrier-free, the premises are handicapped accessible. The surrounding shops offer various shopping opportunities.
Our treatment concept is based on the ambition to obtain optimal results in functional as well as aesthetic terms – in a short treatment time and with affordable effort.
We rely on the application of innovative materials and techniques (partly own inventions / patents), also to avoid tooth removal or surgery as far as possible (Sabbagh universal spring& AquaSplint).
Through continuous optimization of treatment methods, regular training and our patient-friendly environment, we have been selected as one of the top practices in Germany in 2012/ 2013/ 2014/ 2015/ 2016/ 2017/ 2018/ 2019/ 2020/ 2021 and 2022 (Focus top doctor list).
The local designation “Specialized Dentist in Orthodontics” was granted to us by the Bavarian State Chamber of Dentists after a three-year training period. We are a certified member of the “Orthodontic Speaking Initiative”. It is committed to communicate even complex medical issues in a layman-friendly and age-appropriate way. We therefore place particular importance on clear and transparent consultation and treatment planning.
Furthermore we are certified members and a platinum provider of Invisalign technology and Incognito system (lingual treatment).

The SARA-Spring is a telescope unit with a spring for universal intermaxillary use. It produces constant, mainly horizontal forces when the mouth is closed. The SUS² is gentle on the temporomandibular joints and helps to avoid extractions and dysgnathic operations.

The following route planner leads you directly to our practice. Please notice that the practice is located in the pedestrian zone. Therefore, the route planner will navigate you to the Hugenottenplatz, which is only a few meters away from us.
FROM THE HIGHWAY A73
Coming from Nuremberg-Bamberg, take the exit Erlangen -east- and drive straight towards the large parking lot. From the large parking lot please go straight to the train station. From there, cross Hugenottenplatz and turn right into Apothekergasse.

Da ich eine Kieferfehlstellung und - trotz Zahnspange als Jugendlicher - wieder schiefe Zähne hatte, habe ich bei Dr. Wirth und Dr. Sabbagh in Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Rupprecht (Kieferchirurg, Erlangen) sowohl eine Gaumennahterweiterung, eine festsitzende Zahnspange und eine Verlagerung des Ober- und Unterkiefers durchführen lassen. Der ganze Prozess hat ca. 2 Jahre in Anspruch genommen. Während dieser gesamten Zeit habe ich mich durch die Behandlung immer sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ärzte sind sehr kompetent und das gesamte Praxisteam immer freundlich. Auch die Terminvereinbarung hat gut geklappt, Wartezeiten gab es kaum. Die Beratung vor Beginn der Behandlung war ausführlich und mit dem jetzt sichtbaren und fühlbaren Ergebnis bin ich sehr zufrieden. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen!
